Route Manager -  CSRA

Job Information 
This position consists of unloading trailers, picking orders, inventory management and route sales of Little Debbie® and Sunbelt® products to grocery and convenience stores. 

Location of Route
Newsome Distributing operates routes in Augusta, Aiken, Evans, McCormick, Wrens, Harlem, Lincolnton, Thomson, North Augusta 

Hours 
Very early morning beginning at 4:00 am usually until done, also subject to change.
Pull up duties on Saturday and Sunday.

Duties: Receive trailers• Load and Drive Box Truck• Operate Intermec handheld and printer• Rotate product• Pull orders• Complete weekly inventories• Recommend and setup displays to encourage sales growth. • Communicate with store management and • Accountable for growth of route sales and commissioned according to sales.• Some weekend work required.

Qualifications 
Valid driver’s license and clean background check required. 
• Excellent communication skills
• 1-3 years warehouse and/or delivery experience required
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs on a frequent basis
• Must be able to work early hours and some long days.
• Experience in route sales a plus
• Basic computer knowledge for generating invoices
• Can work with store personnel and management
